STANDARD SHIPPING DETAILS

This is a Standard Freight-Line shipment with curbside delivery. This means that once the unit has arrived at the local freight terminal you the customer will be contacted by the freight company to set up an appointment for the delivery. On average, shipping times are about 3-6 business days. Weather and other uncontrollable circumstances can cause delay.

The driver is required to get the machine under cover as long as there are no stairs to negotiate. The freight company will also coordinate this with you when scheduling an appointment. Which means the delivery is guaranteed to come to the door of your building, provided there are no stairs to ascend or descend. NORMAL RETURNS

  1. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  2. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  3. Customer is responsible for all transportation charges. THESE ARE NONREFUNDABLE CHARGES

  4. Product must arrive at Prime Appliance in the same condition it was shipped in.

  5. Product must be repackaged with the same shipping material used by Prime Appliance in the original delivery, including the REPLACEMENT OF PACKING BOLTS, BOX, AND PALLET. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price, less restocking fee, if the product is not returned in this manner.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

You should immediately inspect the product for shipping damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 1-877-297-6914 (Excluding holidays) to report any damage. If you do not contact us within the 48 hour time-frame, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company, and Prime Appliance, cannot be held liable for any damage to the unit. Sometimes damage from shipment may not be visible, so it is very important that you open the packaging immediately after receiving the delivery. If the damage is obvious, you should refuse the delivery and note the damage on the shipment Bill of Lading and call us at 1-877-297-6914 to arrange a return of the damaged unit and to have a replacement product shipped to you. Once we are contacted within 48 hours of delivery, we will have the shipping company return, and pick up the damaged product. Please make sure that the product is in its original packaging, with all manuals, parts and accessories and available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays and possible cancellation of the pick-up. Please note that the shipping companies operating on our behalf will only make one attempt at pick-up. Thereafter, subsequent pick-up attempts may be at the expense of the customer.
